NW Consulting & Contracting is a strategic advisory and growth execution firm working with government agencies, real estate developers, economic development organizations, and owner-led businesses.

We were built around a simple observation: the strategic rigor that drives outcomes for a global enterprise also drives outcomes for a county economic development office or a 30-person agency. Most firms pick one end of that market and ignore the other. We run both tracks.

Strategic Advisory. We work with government agencies, real estate developers, and economic development organizations on the strategic questions that don't fit a productized package: public affairs, partnership development, site selection, and long-horizon planning.

Growth & Performance. For owner-led businesses we run productized services with clear deliverables and predictable pricing: 1:1 consulting, websites, funnels, lead generation, paid media, and sales-and-operations automation.

The work is grounded in senior operator experience across management consulting, institutional asset management, Big 4 valuation, and corporate innovation, brought to engagements regardless of size.
